Last chance to apply for our Seed Funding grants!

in News

Do you have an idea that could help your Transition Group ‘bounce forward’ from COVID19 and create a more resilient and sustainable community in your local area?

Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund we are offering Micro grants of up to £500 and Macro grants of up to £3,500 to support *England based* Transition Groups to rebuild and move forward following COVID19.

The funding could help cover some of the basics to help your group survive and thrive after COVID –  and could cover the cost of things such as a zoom account, space hire and staff wages. Or it could help you launch exciting new projects to engage with and support the most marginalised in your community. This could mean launching a new community space, bringing some abandoned land back to use, working with food banks and community fridges, running workshop series or a visioning session, or reaching out beyond your usual audience to build relationships with new and diverse members of the community.

Our funding closes on Monday 30th November – so you have just a few days left to apply. You can find out all the information you need to know about our fund and its criteria and requirements here.
